The Murray is supposedly, the most longest and magical river of Australia. It has a 2600 km course from its rising in the Snowy country to it's final destination at Encounter Bay in South Australia. The waters of this river are joined by the Darling, Lachlan, Murrumbidgee and Goulburn.
By 1960, old riverboats reappeared for tourism and leisure. Murray today, is a long expanse of country. It is rich in the heritage and possesses an ecological fascination. This place exhibits National Parks, for holidays, sport, entertainment and relaxation. There are many activities available in this region like golf courses, wineries, cafes and restaurants.
